Efren is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in Developmental Disorders, Organizational Management, and Clinical Supervision. Efren has always been passionate about helping people in their efforts to grow as independent and happy members of their professional and social community. He believes that individuals and organizations have the potential to develop beyond their limits and deficits when education and positive reinforcement are the motivational sources of their everyday behaviors.

Ingrid Fachado

Ingrid is a Registered Behavior Technician with five years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with Autism and other Developmental Disorders. She graduated from a bachelor’s in Psychology and has a master’s in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Children and Teenager’s Psychotherapy. Ingrid is passionate about helping kids in reaching their full potential, decreasing maladaptive behaviors, and supporting families through parent training, working side by side with them.
